Executive Park Residence is a group of two buildings. The first stage of the construction includes the erection of building A, located in parcel VII-791 from quadrant 44, Razsadnika-Bezhanci neighbourhood, Ilinden district, city of Sofia. The parcel is with an area of 759.12 sq. m. and is located at the corner of Hissarya Str. and Lyuben Vesov Str.

1. Directions: On Hissarya Str. the building is orientated eastwards with a superb view towards Saint Trinity Park. On Lyuben Vesov Str. the building is orientated southwards as across the street it borders with a planted area between the blocks. To the south there is blank wall with building B.

2. Executive Park Residence building A consists of 13 flats, including two underground levels with 25 parking lots, 13 garages, common rooms and underground streets. The first overground floor includes a spacious foyer and two shops. From the second floor up to the eleventh floor is the living part with 59 apartments: seven single room apartments, 28 double room apartments, 24 multi room apartments.
